Founder & CEO
Nana has been a Film and TV Producer, Line Producer and Executive Director for over 25 years. Her clients have ranged from private companies such as Shell Oil and Standard Bank to international organisations such as the EU, Plan International and ECOWAS to broadcasters and production companies from the UK, USA, Germany and South Africa to government bodies such as local and borough councils in the UK.
A graduate of the first Executive MBA in the Creative Industries from Ashridge Business School (HULT), Nana is an author and a trainer and is committed to developing leadership through the provision of high quality first class training and education for the creative sector.
Jon Teckman has worked in and around the creative industries for almost 25 years. He was Chief Executive of the British Film Institute between 1999 and 2003 and served as a Board member and Treasurer of the British Board of Film Classification for 10 years.
After leaving the BFI, Jon joined Ashridge Business School as a Programme Director where he developed and delivered a number of top quality leadership programmes for clients including the BBC and Channel Five. While at Ashridge, Jon also led the development and delivery of an MBA programme designed specifically for the Creative Industries - the first of its kind in the UK.
Jon has also been on the faculty of the Unviersity of Surrey Business School and the University of the Arts London. He is currently a Voting Member of BAFTA and sits on the boards of two charities: The Arvon Foundation and The School of Hard Knocks. He is also a published author - his debut novel Ordinary Joe was published by Harper Collins in 2015.
